  • How long will it take for me to get approved after I make the payment?
    We usually approve paid members within 24 hours. Please email/message the admins if you have made a payment but haven't been approved after 24 hours.
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    Yes! You can cancel your membership anytime. Please message the admins if you would like to cancel your membership
  • Which areas of the world do you serve?
    We have members from all across the globe. The majority of our members are in South America, North America and Asia.
  • What happens if we don't find members to split the fare with?
    We will make sure that your request is added to our search engine database. As new members join, they will be able to find your request and reach out to you. If this is an urgent request, please email us.
  • What are the general private jet travel costs?
    Cost can be hard to predict. The cost of a private jet depends on the location you are taking the jet from and to, hours of flight, date, type of aircraft, number of seats and whether the jet is an empty leg or not. Once you join our group, you can post on our timeline requesting a quote to get an idea of the cost of your travel.
  • Why is the membership priced so low?
    The reason why we price our membership lower than other jet memberships is because we are looking for volume when it comes to number of members. When we have more members spread out in areas around the world, the probability of our members finding people to share flights with is higher. Yet, we do still run a qualification process to vet the members.
  • Is payment secure for the membership?
    Yes, we use Stripe and PayPal for payment. We do not store any of your credit card information.
